We are committed to keeping you and our staff as soon as can be!Following the government's announcement of the final stage of the roadmap out of lockdown, we have decided that due to the close contact service we provide, the safest route forward for us as a small business to stay safe, is to maintain all our current safety procedures that we currently have in place.What does this mean to you?▫️We will still ask you to wear a face mask during your visit to the salon in all areas where possible (unless you are exempt).▫️We will still take your temperature on arrival.▫️We will still ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival.▫️We will still ask that you maintain your social distance from others where possible in the salon and reception area.▫️We still ask that if you feel unwell, please call us as soon as possible and reschedule for another day.▫️We will still ask you to visit the salon on your own where possible.We, like many many business's have had an extremely challenging 17 months and want to keep both our guests and staff as safe as can be. By maintaining our current protocols we will hopefully reduce any unnecessary risk or exposure to this and other viruses and illnesses.We understand that many of you would love things to go back to the way they used to be and we. We would too, in time! We will begin to make small changes within the salon when we feel it is right and confident to do so. For example, introduction of our reception area, fluffy blankets and gowns to name a few.In the meantime, we will maintain our strict cleaning protocols, advise staff to test themselves on a weekly/twice weekly basis, wear the appropriate PPE, disinfectant after all clients and all our other current procedures.We would like to say a huge thank you to each and everyone of you that has shown us over whelming support since we opened our doors again in April.
