Arrival Time:

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, enabling us to fill out your consultation card and for you to relax prior to your treatment.

Cancellation Fee:

Please be advised that ll treatments cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment price.

Mobile Phones:

For the comfort of all clients, we respectfully request that mobile phones are turned off or are put on silent whilst you are in the salon.

Medical Information:

Please make us aware of any relevant information regarding your medication or medical history as some treatments may not be suitable or may require adjusting.
