Arrival Time:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, enabling us to fill out your consultation card and for you to relax prior to your treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
We respectfully ask that a minimum of 24 hours is given when cancelling or rescheduling any appointments.
Our therapists time is valuable, and we regret that 50% of the treatment value will be charged when the required notice is not given.
Medical Information:
Please make us aware of any relevant information regarding your medication or medical history as some treatments may not be suitable or may require adjusting.
Mobile Phones & Children:
For the comfort of all clients, we respectfully request that mobile phones are turned off or are put on silent whilst you are in the salon.
Shona Claire Beauty is not a suitable environment for children, this time is for you!
Parking:
Please allow enough time to park PRIOR to your appointment time.
The salon has limited customer parking. Car parking spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Pay and display parking is available on Frederick Street in designated areas. Free parking on Frederick Street is available after 5pm weekdays and all day Saturday.
